Reflections

Reflections.

The word means a lot of different things. It could mean exactly what you are looking at. Or, it could mean some deep thought about a particular subject. Today’s post is a little about both.

Here’s the question I can’t answer. My reflection.

Why?

Why did Orlando have three horrific things happen t it in one week? Christina Grimmie. 49 Dead. 53 wounded. Lane Graves. I have no theory. Maybe you do. Talk to me. Talk to each other. Then do something. Act.

As far as these pictures go. I’d say that its “see it, photograph it.” But, sometimes lining up the lens to see what your eyes saw can be a little tricky. You have to find the angle. Then it is a matter of framing. Actually, it was a blogging colleague of mine who started me thinking about this. He so kindly praised my sunsets. I thanked him and said that sunsets were easy. They are. That doesn’t mean they aren’t pretty or you shouldn’t photograph them. But, they are sort of point and shoot in terms of what you do to make the picture.

Another parking lot sky.
Parking lot clouds.

nice images to accompany this important question!
a door has been painfully opened
    through which compassion, connection
    & safety are possible,
    with wise guidance 🙂

I wait that I shared your optimism. But, in my country, we tend to forget…. until the next time.
