Golden Tree

My Autumn.

Experiment. It came to me that I hadn’t been playing once I made the picture. I actually haven’t been playing when I made the picture, either. I reckon if I start on one side the other may follow.

Here’s hoping.

I thought that the election news might break my block. But, Republicans in general are acting like the entire election is a fraud. What a crock. If I were going to run a game on the election, I’d make sure that senators like Graham and McConnell were voted out as well.

Graham is an American Stooge. McConnell is a complete waste of time.

This election is not over, even though it is. It’s going to play out over the coming weeks. The claims of fraud and outright lies are being distrubuted over the various socials.

Trolls are lying, saying things like I saw postal workers dumping bags of ballots.

Bags of ballots.

Get that? How does anybody know what’s in an enclosed bag? If, in fact, they were ballots, how do you know how the people who mailed them voted for? It’s more likely to be Democratic voters who are harmed.

The list goes on.

There was a day when either side accepted their loss. Now?

Stay safe. Stay mighty. Be prepared.

Little leaves, all on a page. If you are unsure, just think, you may be on an artistic break through. My artistic break through.

I’m not sure if this work is a break through, but I had fun doing it.

At one point the bush looked like any other bush. Then I started tinkering. And tinkering. And… oh you get it.

I came to this place. I liked it at first glance. Then I started thinking. I wasn’t sure about it so I hung onto it for a couple of weeks.

I decided that it was time to show it.

Some of you may want to know how I did this. I’m being honest when I say I don’t know, except that 90% of it was done using Snapseed and my phone.

The reaction to the election is just baffling to me. I have trouble comprehending the thought process and conspiracy theories, the level of hypocrisy (I always expect some, but this is a whole new level). Then of course, none of them want to have an educated conversation about it. It’s like a parent saying, “because I said so.” and that is just it. I fear what this means, but I’m still trying to remain positive.

I don’t know your political bent, but I think I do. So, I’ll just say it. The most corrupt president in history doesn’t want to leave. He’s doing anything — including destroy our democracy — he can to derail what the people voted for.

There are a couple of reasons for this. The biggest is simple. Prison time. Even if he gives himself a pre-pardon, there are plenty of states who are already investigating him. he can’t stop that.

The next issue is money. He isn’t a multi-billionaire. He may be a billionaire or not. He owes payments for $420 million. He doesn’t have that kind of money. I suspect he owes the Russian banks (mafia) even more money which explains why he gets on his knees in front of Putin. If he remains president, he can stay safe for another four years since seems that impeachment’s don’t matter to him.

What I don’t understand is his Republican backers. They know him for what he is. They got what they wanted; a conservative supreme court and lower courts. If they keep supporting him they will kill their own party.

      What do I know?

Love snapseed. Hate politics because I dont have time to get it. The whole president thing seems really odd to me. I feel no country now is getting leadership. We have no heroes. Loved your photo…it would look great on my wall.

Politics are easy. Politicians lie, cheat and steal and try to stay in office as long as possible so that they can stay at the trough. In our case, somehow we managed to elect one of the most corrupt men in history. He doesn’t want to go.

I love this photo. I see butterflies.

I am just so exhausted by all this nonsense. Graham, McConnell and a host of others are just disgusting to me. If a Democrat even hinted at this nonsense we’d have the “God and country” crowd going nuts. I admit I’m trying to find ways to patiently wait out this presidential transition, but it helps me to know that others, like you, Ray, see it clearly for what it is. We can wait together. Patiently…not so much!

There is a song about those bozos. It’s called, “American Stooge.” It’s on Mary Chapin Carpenter’s newest album. She calls them out very clearly. Pretty soon, I’m going to lose my patience and stir something up. That’s how change starts. On the ground. In small measures.
