Little Tiny Changes

Late at night.

A

photographer friend of mine suggested that I talk to a new stock — not stock — agency. I’ve been far away from that for years. There are too many photographs, too many photographers and not enough return on investment.

This agency claims to be different. And their licensing prices are very high. More money for them means more money for photographers.

So.

I’m thinking about it.

I’m also interested because most of the images I saw when I reviewed their image files is that they are very contemporary to cutting edge in their image selection.

That means a change in color palette and approach for me. That shouldn’t be a problem. If you’ve been around this place for very long you know that’s a big reason for the existence of Storyteller.

That’s the long way of saying that’s what today’s picture is about. It’s experimental as it could be. I’d like a little feed back.

What do you think about it?

I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a photo in this style before, and I like it! Thanks for sharing.

Thank you. The results are mixed. Some people say I should just use my regular pictures. I think that I have to play with it some more.

Like it, with its delicacy and darkness and strange splash of light. Made me think of Arthur Rackham.

Thank you. Very strange approach for me. I’ll look up Arthur Rackham.
