The Rent Is Always Due

Regurgitation.

Y

es. I know this picture looks like the other one. The one that felt like the end of the world.

But, this one is different.

Those trees. You know the ones. They look like something out of The Cat in the Hat. The one the Doctor Seuss created. It could be another kind of cat in the hat. Maybe like Sammy David Jr. Or, Miles Davis. Those guys sure were cats. And, they wore hats.

Anyway.

I’m in this very weird kind of flow. It’s actually gotten worse. Now, I’m having dreams about this stuff. They aren’t war driven end of the world dreams. They are actually kind of funny. But, the color palette is about the same as the pictures.

The problem with it is that the scenery isn’t this color. The people and animals are. I knew that I was gonna have a reckoning, but this reckoning is gonna wreck me.

I wake up after one of those dreams shaking my head and wondering what the heck that was all about.

I’d say that it was something that I ate late at night, like a meat eaters pizza, but usually I have something a little a little starchy to help cause a carbohydrate crash which helps me sleep.

Usually, it’s a late night bowl of oatmeal.

Man.

I really now how to live large.

Don’t I?
