People

People. Sienfeld says, “They’re the worst.” I disagree. I enjoy working with people. As I work through my archives I’ve discovered a number of unrelated pictures. Odds and ends, you might say.

So, I stripped my thinking back to rudimentary subject matter and asked myself what the pictures are about. People. People. People. Everyone of them. All kinds of people.

I’ve worked in a lot of places. The Silverman, was made in New Orleans. Firecrackers in Los Angeles. A man and his daughter in the Lower 9th Ward. A young woman at a temple in Bangkok. A businesswoman in Dallas. A laborer in Shanghai. Chinese New Year in Wong Tai Sin.

A lot of places. A lot of people. Almost 50 years on the road.

A time to look back.

A time to move forward.
