Desert Days

No gas today.

I may rethink this little desert project. I originally thought I’d edited each picture on its own merits. Some could have muted color like sepia, some could be straight black and white and so on.

Seeing them together makes me think that the idea doesn’t work in the least bit.

For some reason the WordPress compression software is making these pictures look very soft, which they are not. It’s not just one or two. It’s all of them.

Anyway.

These pictures were made on a looping trip from California through Arizona, into New Mexico and back to California.
