Every time that we try to run errands a storm passes through and soaks us. This time I thought I’d strike back and photograph the storm even though blue hour had long passed.
I was really working in available darkness. I was also using my iPhone 14 Pro blah, blah, blah. I had no idea if it would work at all. It worked very well.
This picture is an accident. Every other frame that I made, maybe 30, is sharp as they could be.
I thought that iPhone photography could prove to be no fun since I like motion blur and light trails and very short depth of field until I did a little research.
Ah ha! You can set the camera function to RAW and that allows you to set shuttter speeds and aperture.
I may show you some of the other photographs I made while we were singing in the rain. But, right now I have an embarrassment of riches. I have more desert photography, picture a day and rain images to show you. I reckon that’s good thing.
